My other favorite blonde (besides MYSELF) turns 28 today!!! Ohhh how I love my fellow cancers!!!!!! Rather then partying it up big time, Jess decided to spend some special quality time with the other favorite man in her life (besides her daddy) star quarter back Tony Romo. There's nothing more special to us Cancers then to spend your special day with the one you love!!!! I hope this year is one of Jess's best yet!!!!!!!!!!
